Clinton Boyette

Clinton Boyette, 84, of Metter, died early Friday, August 13, 2021, at Scott Health and Rehabilitation in Adrian.

Born in Candler County, he was a son of Owen Boyette and Mary Lou Boyette.  He was a retired farmer and sharecropper for forty years.  He was a lifetime resident of Candler County and was of the Baptist faith.  Clinton loved nature and animals, especially squirrels, birds and butterflies.   In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ray Boyette and two sisters, Margret Collins and Diane Smith.

Surviving are his brothers, James Boyette (Alma) and Thomas Boyette (Mignon); and several nieces and nephews.

The graveside service will be held 1 o’clock in the afternoon, Sunday, August 15, 2021, in Lake Cemetery.
