Etta Jean Warren Clark, wife of James “Jimbo” R. Clark, passed away on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Southern Manor at Candler.
Mrs. Clark was born in Corbin, Kentucky, and was one of six daughters of Rev. Sam and Mrs. Magdlean Warren. She was a dedicated member of New Life Baptist Church for 25 years, where she was active in the Nursery and Children’s Ministry. She joyfully served during Vacation Bible School, in preparing meals for Awana Clubs, and she was a faithful member of the bereavement committee.

She and her husband, Jim, lived in Southeastern Georgia and spent many of their years raising their family in Beaufort, South Carolina, before moving to Twin City in 1999.
In addition to her parents and many siblings, Mrs. Clark was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Jim Clark, and their son, Earl Lee Clark.
Surviving are her daughter, Sherry Magdlean "Maggie" Clark of Twin City; her granddaughter, Danielle Jones (Seth) of Beaufort, South Carolina; two great-grandchildren, Finn Sebastian Jones and Indie Catherine Jones; her siblings, Billy Warren (Diane), Brenda Lloyd, and Debra Fowler; her daughter-in-law Indie Harris, and many adored nieces, nephews, and extended family.
