Frances Louise Dowd, age 57, passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2026, following an extended illness.
Frances was born on November 13, 1968. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Marcia Wheeler.
She is survived by her two daughters, Brandy (Jason) Bolton and Brittany (Daniel) Johnson; her grandchildren, Zachary Johnson, Olivia Youngblood, and Jessika Edmunds; and her longtime companion, Robert Solomon.
Frances enjoyed watching NASCAR racing and spending time watching her favorite shows on the Food Network. She will be remembered by those who knew and loved her and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
