James Franklin Alford, Jr.

James Franklin Alford, Jr. of Statesboro and husband of Tiffany Alford, passed away Monday, June 14, 2021, in Savannah.

Born in Killeen, Texas, he was a son of James Alford, Sr. and Betty Ann Quiney Alford.  He lived in North Carolina for a number of years and moved to Statesboro in 1983. Mr. Alford was a Self-Employed Truck Driver and was a Veteran of the United States Army.

Surviving are his wife of twenty years, Tiffany Alford of Statesboro; his brother and sister-in-law, Leonard Olin Alford and his wife, Linda of Clarkton, North Carolina; his uncle and aunt, Robert and Pam Alford of Colorado; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 3 o’clock in the afternoon Friday, June 18, 2021, at Kennedy Funeral Homes, Hooks Chapel, of Metter.
