John Wesley Kerbo

John Wesley Kerbo, 58, passed away early Wednesday morning, November 30, 2022, at his home under hospice.

He was a son of Donn and Carol Kerbo. John was born in Tampa, Florida but resided for most of his life in Garfield, Georgia. John worked for many years as a small engine mechanic. John loved being outdoors either hunting or fishing. He was a good son and was loved by many. He was preceded in death by his mother.

Surviving are his father, Donn Kerbo (Dorita); brother, John Anthony Kerbo (Lauren); stepbrothers, Gary Simpson (Paige), Jeff Simpson, H.T Clifton III; stepsisters, Melanie Simpson and Karen Reys; and a special family friend, Rebecca Batchelor.

A private service will be held at a later date.

Kennedy Funeral Homes, Hooks Chapel, of Metter is in charge of the arrangements.
