Lehmon Earl Dowd, 72, passed away peacefully on August 14, 2026, at his home, surrounded by his loving family.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 17, 2026, at Kennedy Funeral Homes, Hooks Chapel, in Metter.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at Kennedy Funeral Homes, Hooks Chapel. Interment will follow at Lake Cemetery.
A full obituary will be released by the funeral home on Sunday.
