Philip Holmes Lee

Philip Holmes Lee, age 91, passed away on January 11, 2026, at Grace Gardens Nursing Home in Metter, GA.

He was born in Chester, SC and was a son of William Boyd Lee and Frances Harvey Lee.

Philip is preceded in death by his parents, as well as his wife, Cynthia Raiford Lee.

Surviving are his children, Philip Boyd Lee (Tess) of Rancho Santa Margaretta, CA, Jeffrey Michael Lee (Paula) of Twin City, GA, Stephen Kendrick Lee of Durham, NC, and Cynthia Denby Lee Bonacquisti (Joe) of Charlotte, NC; his brother, Leon H. Lee (Judith) of Young Harris, GA; as well as several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will hold a private service at a later date.

Kennedy Funeral Homes, Hooks Chapel of Metter is in charge of the arrangements.
