Clifford Earl "Buddy" Pevey

Clifford Earl “Buddy” Pevey of Metter and formerly of Rincon died early Monday, October 25, 2021.

Buddy was born in Savannah and was the son of William Earl Pevey and Sharon Philyaw Pevey.  He was a roofer and worked with Bonitz Roofing and was of the Baptist faith.  Buddy loved music, cars, and his tattoo work.  He was preceded in death by a brother, William Pevey.

Surviving are his daughter, Chelsea Pevey of Port Wentworth; his sisters, Amy Smith of Rincon, Sherri Pevey of Hinesville, Earlene Pevey Lambert of Georgetown, SC, Kristina Rucker of Hinesville; two boys that he loved and considered his own Josh and Jacob McClendon; and several other family members.

Visitation Will be held Wednesday, October 27, 2021 from 11 until 1 o’clock at Kenned Funeral Homes, Hooks Chapel, of Metter.

Kennedy Funeral Homes, Hooks Chapel, of Metter is in charge of the arrangements.
