Obituary

Robert Bob Henry Froberg, 90, of Locust Grove, passed away early Friday morning, July 14, 2023, at Wellstar Hospice in Marietta, Georgia.

Mr. Froberg was born on March 31, 1933, and was a son of Henry Robert Froberg and Iris I. Myett Froberg.  He graduated from Kings Garden Private School in Shorline, Washington in 1957.   Mr. Froberg was a veteran of The Vietnam War and the Korean War and over his military career served in both the United States Air Force (1951-1961) and the United States Army (1961-1972).  He married Delores Durden on November 22, 1967.  He was a member of Trinity Lakeside Church near Locust Grove, Georgia where he and his wife Delores lived for many years.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Froberg was preceded in death by his wife, Delores Durden Froberg.

Surviving are his two sons and daughters-in-law, Garry and Martha Kemp of Sylvania and Stacy and Kelle Froberg of Marietta, Georgia; daughters; Shirley Froberg of San Diego, CA and Rosalyn Brownlee of Washington State; and several other relatives.

The graveside service and burial will be held 10 o’clock in the morning on Monday, July 24, 2023, at Antioch Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
