Robert "Craig" Pressley

Robert “Craig” Pressley, 63, of Register, Georgia, passed away surrounded by his family on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at his home.

Craig was born the son of Samuel Robert Pressley and Patricia Saye Horton, on July 12, 1960, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Craig devoted time in his life to serving his country in the army. He served on several tours to Korea with C Company, 3BN, and 60th infantry in Fort Lewis Washington. 

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his step-father, Walter Horton; brother, Sam Pressley; and a sister, Tammy Blackburn.

He is survived by his daughters, Sara Pressley, Amanda Pressley, and Crystal Pressley; sons, Sam Pressley and Michael Pressley; grandchildren, Cameron, Natalie, Jacob, Kayleigh, Devan, Aaron, Ryan, Savannah, and Ryleigh; sisters, Pam (Doug) Sikes and Tonya Collins; brothers, Waylon (Marie) Horton, Quentin Horton, and Shawn Pressley; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon at Kennedy Funeral Homes, Hooks Chapel, of Metter.
